Mobile Concierge Collection Service

Our Mobile Concierge Collection Service provides professional, in-person sample collection at your preferred location.

This service is required for select tests and may be added to eligible testing services. A trained collector will verify identification (when applicable), perform the collection, and ensure secure handling and transport of samples to the laboratory.

This service fee covers collection only and does not include laboratory testing.

Travel & Service Area Policy:
Mobile collection services are available in Florida and Virginia only. Travel distance is reviewed after checkout based on the service address provided. If additional travel fees apply for extended distances, clients will be notified prior to appointment confirmation.
